Easy Complaint Form To Fill Out

From FCC. Now..when one decides to complain to federal agency – be it DOJ, FCC, etc., good luck. It often is a maze to find the right website. Sometimes I have a sneaky suspicion that they did it to discourage folks from complaining.
However, looks like the FCC listened – at least this one. This is a relatively simple form to file complaint against juggernault telemarketers, etc. Below is pretty much self-explanatory. I will try to bookmark that and keep it for future use.

The FCC has posted a new Form 1088 which should be used to file Telemarketing complaints, i.e., (1) junk faxes, (2) telemarketing (including Do-Not-Call violations), and (3) other issues, such as pre-recorded telephone messages, automatic telephone dialing systems, and unsolicited commercial e-mail messages to cell phones, pagers, and other wireless telecommunications devices.

It’s bad enough constantly getting junk faxes for “Hot Tech Stocks” every day in the church office, but I cannot get the 1088 form to complain. The FCC website link goes to “this page cannot be displayed.” I can’t pull up the 1088 form online. Thank you for the “Easy Complaint form to fill out”, but I can’t get the form.
When I call the fax removal line for the junk faxes, it says, “all circuits are busy.”
The two received today were “Hot Tech Stocks” distributed by “Zenith Publications Ltd.” which does not come up online anywhere.
I have made calls today to stop them, but am getting nowhere.

I tried the link and it worked fine and I was able to pull out 1088 form. I tried other computers to see if it worked. All worked so far. I’m sorry you were not able to do that. I don’t know what to suggest to you other than to send an email to fccinfo@fcc.gov. You can file complaint with this email. Be sure to mention that u were unable to access form 1088.
Thanks for the FCC form 1088 info. I continually get faxes from “Zenith Publications, LTD”, who have no listing on Google, Yahoo or in the phone book. I have repeatedly called the opt out number to no avail – I keep getting the faxes, sometimes with the same hot stock pitch. I have reported these guys to the SEC since it seems to me they have no interest in anything except running up the price of the junk they pitch. Now I have also reported them to the FCC. Hopefully (though I won’t hold my breath) these guys will be breaking rocks at the gray bar hotel in the not too distant future.
