How to do Prank Calls??

Sad testimony to how low people can go to and do not care about the consequences of such nefarious actions. I do not know how long this link will hold.
How to do Prank Calls Via Internet Relay
eyes closed and thumbs down,
Ed

This does beg a question. Internet Relay providers have been saying they have taken measures to prevent scammed relay calls. This one is bit more difficult to stop. In this website, these people gave instructions on how to make sure relay calls go through. The question is what is the true percentage of Internet Relay calls that are made by hearing persons pretending to be deaf? We’ll never know cuz I’m now positive sure lot of them got thru in view of this website.
It behooves us to urge the FCC to consider REQUIRING 10 digit phone numbers from Internet Relay users, and REQUIRING valid and, as much as possible, foolproof verification procedure to ensure the person is indeed who he or she is and all that.
It seems that no matter how hard you trym there is an element inthe human race who will abuse anything.
Sad.

This is frustrating and I hate to see something good used in this way.
Requiring one’s phone number will cut down on the childish stuff since it exposes them (and they should be aware of it) to legal sanctions. This happens in traditional calls already so it is no additional invasion of privacy.
We have to remember all the times things have been eliminated due to abuse by a few people for years. We are a minority group so when things go wrong, we are last to be considered. The public will not pay for abuse just so we can enjoy the privileges of telephone use like anyone else.
This problem exists because relay services are paid by the call, whether it is a scam, a prank or a real call, and have no incentive to cut down their income by regulating their services. They have to be required to do so or suffer the consequences: loss of income or closing their service.
This subject still be due to the biggest problem which deaf people face daily
in the world. The problem is: “Hearing people do not realize that deaf people
are hearing people.” They do not attend or respect to the deaf people all times. So I wonder any person to solve the important problem or WDF should
solve it next July or no solution in our deaf lives.
When will the industry assume the responsibility to screen ALL calls verifying the authenticity of credit cards before accepting orders rather than to discriminate against any relay calls?
