		<description>Interpreters need to be assured they are being subjected to the same investigative steps as all other applicants. All of us had to pee in a cup and have a background check. There is proprietary information to protect. Yes, being unable to maintain a credit card is sometimes grounds for dismissal. And I have seen employees terminated for personal incidents entirely outside the work place.</description>
