Lawsuit in the Making?

All..

Daryl Crouse filed lawsuit and the papers served regarding SNAP!VRS.  Basically he is seeking complete rescission of the mergers and to return the companies mentioned in the lawsuit back in the hands of their rightful owners.  Click the link to get the story.

Crouse’s Lawsuit

Jeff Rosen who is a deaf lawyer representing SNAPVRS has this to say.

Quote:

We are in receipt of a complaint filed by Mr. Daryl Crouse, a former employee of SNAP!VRS. Although it is inappropriate at this point in time to respond substantively to the allegations, we want you to know that we find the allegations to be without any merit and will fully address them through the judicial process as opposed to public forums.

In the mean time, we are confident that Mr. Crouse’s allegations will not distract SNAP!VRS from its critical mission of distributing Ojos and providing video relay services to the deaf and hard of hearing community. We appreciate your continued patronage and support and look forard to continuing to provide you with the very best service possible.

Sincerely,

Jeff Rosen, General Counsel

Snap!VRS

Keep in mind that this blog does not give full stories of both sides.   Presumably the judge/court will hear the full stories and render judgement.

Or out of court settlement.

What I find interesting was Mr. Daryl Crouse was not represented by an attorney before he signed papers. Something of this nature, I would seek counsel before my signature is place on paper.

And why sign only the signature page without receiving and carefully reading all of the pages before it??? For such important transactions it would be wise to have both parties initial every page in addition to signing the signature page.
