It is interesting to note that VRS is in the plan, and implies that VRS is not free and that VRS users may have to pay portion of the VRS. We’re blessed to be in America. At the same time, I applaud NZ for taking the initiative.

PS: A local girl from Austin TX is the person who did most of the critical work to set up and implement the New Zealand Relay! Maggie Schoolar is a gem and Texas is lucky to have her!
