How will it effect TX ppl and even in USA once it's passing the federal law?? I once called 911 via vp while I lived in Arkansas and to my big surprise, it worked! How?? I dialed the "non-emergency" ph nbr from the tel bk and I got real fast response than it is from TTY! I'm not kidding nor joking abt this subject! Poice came to my house within 10 min after I made a call via vp comparing to 30 min if I made a call via TTY.. Interested to compare the difference of responding time! Keep eyes open and thumbs up!
