Great! But I have emergency email notification into my mobile. Almost same alert as new text messaging. I believe that we would receive this alerts in SMS faster than email.

I’ve been following a company called Viyya Technologies and Virtual ed link for years and they have the best web 2.0 anchoring system for this type of project. Checkout http://www.viyya.com and http://www.virtualedlink.org and decide for yourself!

At $0.20 profit each, why would Verizon (or any other cell provider) object?

This will allow us to receive emails into text. This what I use for my VP alert from CSDVRS’s personal 800 number. It work like charm.
