Ed–why can’t you paraphrase what FCC says instead of parroting them? I want to understand what I am reading from you or them (FCC)! Can ya help?
Thx!

50 States?? I counted the listings as 53. Tell me Ed, If my eyes deceived me? Ed, you be the final decision. If Phil stated wrong, perhaps it is time for him to re-visit his eye doctor again. (smiles).

SB,

Basically States have to meet the criteria which is like 85% of time to be answered within 10 seconds, Communications Assistant must do 60 wpm, must have backup generator for electricity, must have electronic system for recognizing phone call for emergency calls, must have electronic system to be able to count exact minutes, etc.

Hope this is little bit better this time? Thanks for reminding me.
