I hope that the new administration will begin to make advances in naming "firsts" that extend beyond race and gender. I don't know too much about those who are being considered. I can share from personal experience though that Mignon Clyburn from the SC Public Service Commission was very supportive and voted to approve my work to establish Snap!VRS back in 2004.
