Internet Metering Shelved by Time Warner

All..

This is good news!  Basically Time Warner decided not to do Internet metering for those who download/use Internet alot.  VRS users may or may not be hit by this, but with that..we don’t have to worry about that.

It’s my understanding that they didn’t entirely drop this idea. It’s only temporarily shelved. They plan to bring it back later in the future but will try a different approach with an improved PR campaign. It’ll be a very tough sell on their part but their response to this situation didn’t sound like they are giving in that easily.
