Requirement of LN by June Postponed to Nov

This is a FCC order to reschedule requirement of LN being required by June 3 to November 12, 2009.

The order explains the rationale why FCC agrees to some extend and why FCC disagrees to some extent with a group of VRS providers. Sorenson, although, did not disagree, felt the extension request by group of VRS providers was unnecessary.
In the end, FCC felt that based on feedback, that many Internet-based relay users remain confused about how LN works so additional time to educate public is needed.
