Basically FCC is giving VRS providers an oppty to fix their problems to where the problems adhere to relay regulations.    VRS providers are given 4 months to &quot;fix&quot; the problem.  Must do it in 4 months.

However, I am sure that FCC is revisiting the issue; I would not be surprised if Dec 17 meeting includes that issue.

I apologize for the links. It is reason why I added &quot;PS&quot; to include the long links.  I upgraded WordPress, and so far it is causing problem.  I will continue to add long links to the &quot;PS&quot; because I am not sure how to &quot;fix&quot; this problem as it was form upgrade that caused the problem.
